Directions

Ages 4–10: take ¼ teaspoon (1.25 ml) once or twice daily.
Ages 10 & up: take ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) once or twice daily.
Adults: take one (1) teaspoon (5 ml) once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
